Growing up, my interests were ever-changing and I was constantly curious about the world around me. I have played every single sport, trained in multiple instruments, spent hours writing poetry, and yet…I never learned how to stay still. Even after obtaining a Bachelor’s in Editorial Photography from Indiana University in 2012, I still felt like there was something missing…
Until I discovered painting.
As a self-taught artist, I embrace complete freedom in the creative process and revel in breaking traditional “fine art” ideals. Combining my passion for storytelling and love of vibrant colors, I paint the shared human experiences of love, life and loss. My goal is to show up vulnerably and to bring more joy to your home through the power of art.
When I’m not in the studio, I can be found hanging outside with my sweet pit-mix Jax, curled up with a good book and my tabby-cat Marley, or dancing in the kitchen with my partner Johnny.
